Q-Town in the desert suddenly encounters harassment from Buster Gang, led by Captain. The protagonist, Flame, and the members of the Q-Star league, who secretly defend the peace and order of the town, repeatedly engage in intelligent battles with the Buster Gang to prevent their destruction of Q-Town and gradually influence them, leading Q-Town finally achieving peace.
