World Content Market — Moscow 2026, held from April 14 to 16 at the Amber Plaza exhibition hall, once again confirmed its position as the only international B2B market for television and digital content in Russia and a key gateway to the Russian and CIS media landscape.

Bringing together more than 1,500 delegates from over 550 companies across 17 countries, the market demonstrated the continued resilience and activity of one of the world’s most dynamic content-buying regions. Participants from Russia, the CIS, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America gathered in Moscow for three days of intensive meetings, screenings, and deal-making.

The 2026 edition featured more than 100 exhibiting companies, including national pavilions from China, Korea, India, and Uzbekistan, reflecting the growing international interest in the region.

The China Pavilion was organized by the National Radio and Television Administration of China (NRTA) and Shanghai Media Group, featuring exhibitors including BEIJING FILMTAG TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT, CHINA HUACE FILM & TV, FUTURE TV, and SMG PICTURES AND WINGSMEDIA. On 15 April, the China Pavilion hosted the “China Audio-Visual Salon,” featuring content showcases and meetings with market participants. The program included the session “Fresh Content China,” where China Pavilion exhibitors presented new content to Russian partners, as well as the “China Premium Micro-Drama Screening,” followed by a cocktail reception. The session highlighted one of the fastest-growing content trends today — Chinese vertical microdrama.

Türkiye was represented by suppliers of premium Turkish series and formats: ATLAS KÜRESEL MEDYA, CALINOS ENTERTAINMENT, GLOBAL AGENCY, KANAL D INTERNATIONAL, MEDIAHUB, MAXX DISTRIBUTION, RAYA GROUP DISTRIBUTION, SERVICES EXPORTERS ASSOCIATION.

India was represented by the India Pavilion, organized by the MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT ASSOCIATION OF INDIA (MEAI), alongside independent exhibitors including DANGAL TV, HOICHOI TECHNOLOGIES, IMPOSSIBLE FILMS, JIOSTAR INDIA, MAGICLUME TECHNOLOGIES, NH STUDIOZ, ONE LIFE STUDIOS, SHEMAROO ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED, and ZEE ENTERTAINMENT.

The Korea Pavilion, organized by KOCCA, brought together seven companies: 38°C ANIMATION STUDIO, ACOMMZ, AK ENTERTAINMENT, BY CHANCE FILM, NONSENSE FORMATS, POIETIKE FILM, and STUDIO TARGET.

GLOBO TV (Brazil) returned to the Russian market, highlighting strong demand for drama content from Latin America. TV TOKYO (Japan) presented popular Japanese anime and live-action content. NARATIV MEDIA (United Arab Emirates) brought a large library of microdrama.

All leading Russian TV broadcasters and media groups participated, including VGTRK, CHANNEL ONE, CHANNEL ONE WORLDWIDE, CTC MEDIA, NTV BROADCASTING COMPANY, TNT-BROADCASTING NETWORK, TV CENTER, TV CHANNEL FRIDAY, TV CHANNEL SUBBOTA, REN TV, TV3, CHANNEL 5, UTV CHANNEL, MOSCOW MEDIA, DIGITAL TELEVISION RUSSIA, TV CHANNEL DOMASHNIY, TV CHANNEL RUSSIA-KULTURA, and many others.

The market served as a business platform for content acquisition and sales deals for most Russian OTT platforms and online cinemas, including IVI.RU, OKKO, WINK, PREMIER, KION, RUTUBE, AMEDIATEKA, START.RU, and YANDEX/KINOPOISK.
