Registration

The registration Terms apply only to Participants whose business activities fall under the “Definitions” section. The Organizer provides the Participant with a list of services, either paid or free of charge, based on the selected participation format.

Upon registration, the Participant must correctly fill in all required fields in the registration form and provide a link to their website or other online resource containing information about their business. Failure to do so will result in registration not being confirmed.

An individual registering a legal entity as a Participant confirms they are fully authorized to register on behalf of and in the interest of that legal entity. By registering, the Participant agrees to these Terms.

The Participant agrees to review and respond to business proposals related to the Market, which may be received via email or phone from other Participants or the Organizer.

The Participant agrees not to use the Market venue (exhibition hall, registration area, café, cloakroom, etc.) or the surrounding street area for advertising campaigns or the mass distribution of promotional materials without prior consent from the Organizer. Violation of this condition will result in the Participant’s registration being revoked and denial of access to the Market venue.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without explanation.

Photography and Videography

Photography and video recording will take place at World Content Market – Moscow for publication on the website and social media. By attending, the Participant consents to being photographed or filmed by the Organizer, as well as to the processing and publication of such materials.

Market Database

The Market database is available at: db.worldcontentmarket.com

The Organizer allows Participants to publish information about themselves, their delegates, products, projects, and services (in the “Company Profile” section). Participants manage and update this information themselves. Providing email addresses of delegates is optional. Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their data. The Organizer is not liable for the data published by Participants but makes every effort to ensure its reliability.

Only the Organizer can view the registration contact data, including the email address. This address is used for confirmation, password recovery, and Market updates.

All registered Participants with data access privileges may view the “Company” and “Participants” sections.

Participants may use the database to search for other Participants and schedule meetings, if such features are included in their registration.

Cancellation of the Market

If the Market cannot be held due to force majeure (natural disaster, military action, government intervention, strikes, revolutions, etc.), the Organizer will notify the Participant and refund any fees paid.

Data Processing (Entity or Entrepreneur Providing Employee Data)

Both Parties confirm and guarantee the lawful transfer and processing of personal data in compliance with applicable legislation, including proper notification to data subjects, if required, for purposes of entering into, performing, and terminating these Terms and fulfilling all related rights and obligations.

The Organizer processes personal data according to the Privacy Policy available on the website. By providing third-party personal data (e.g., employees), the Participant confirms their own and the data subjects’ consent to the Privacy Policy.

Upon request, the Participant must, within five business days, provide the Organizer with documentation confirming that proper consent was obtained from the data subjects, or provide alternative legal grounds for data transfer and evidence of appropriate notification.

Each Party is recognized as an independent data controller with regard to personal data exchanged, determining purposes and procedures separately and independently from each other.

Both Parties guarantee confidentiality and data security in accordance with applicable law and mutual agreements. Necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures will be taken to protect personal data when exchanged via electronic, machine-readable, paper-based, or other formats.

Data Processing (Individual or Self-Registering Entrepreneur)

The scope of personal data processed is determined by the purpose of the interaction and the nature of cooperation under these Terms. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. By registering, the Participant confirms their consent to the Privacy Policy.

If the Participant submits personal data of third parties (data subjects) for the purposes set forth, they confirm and guarantee the lawfulness of such transfer, proper notification of the data subjects, and their consent where required. Within five business days of request, the Participant must provide documents confirming this consent or other lawful grounds for transfer and notification.
