Media & Entertainment Association of India (MEAI) is a national industry body dedicated to strengthening India’s Media & Entertainment ecosystem across sectors including Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics, XR (AVGC-XR), film, television, digital media, music, and live entertainment. MEAI works closely with industry leaders, creators, technology companies, educational institutions, and government stakeholders to promote innovation, skill development, global collaboration, and policy advocacy.
The association actively supports the growth of India’s creative economy through initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, talent development, international partnerships, and industry standards. MEAI also plays a key role in advancing India’s position as a global hub for creative technologies and immersive media by enabling dialogue between policymakers and the creative community.
