The China Pavilion will once again feature prominently at the World Content Market – Moscow, taking place from 14 to 16 April 2026, marking over a decade of active participation in the event.
Organized by Shanghai Media Group (SMG) and supported by the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA), the China Pavilion has been a fixture at the Moscow market since 2015. Over the years, it has played a central role in fostering partnerships between Chinese content producers and buyers from Russia and the broader CIS region.
In 2026, the Pavilion is expected to host a strong delegation of Chinese companies. The program will include a dedicated exhibition area, allowing Chinese exhibitors to showcase their latest productions and formats directly to regional buyers. A promotional campaign will accompany their presence, with targeted visibility across the venue and official materials.
A curated showcase of Chinese content will also be integrated into the market’s official program, highlighting new titles and trends in the country’s fast-evolving television landscape. Additionally, a series of pre-arranged B2B meetings will offer participating companies the opportunity to engage directly with Russian buyers, continuing the Pavilion’s long-standing emphasis on practical deal-making.
The return of the China Pavilion reflects both the enduring popularity of Chinese television content in Russia and the CIS, and the continued importance of in-person industry events for international collaboration. As in past years, the Pavilion is expected to serve as a key focal point for East–West content exchange during the three-day market.
