On 3rd September, China commemorates the 80th anniversary of victory in World War II. As part of this year’s World Content Market, Shanxi delegation presented the documentary video message “Rzhev”, created to mark the anniversary. The work was authored by Russian poet and director Vlad Malenko, who personally introduced the project together with Ms. Qi Yuan, Vice President of the Association for Russian-Chinese Cultural Exchange.
Produced in cooperation between Chinese and Russian partners, the film was conceived as a poetic message and a symbol of the shared historical legacy between the two countries.
