“War 2” has hit Russian cinemas starting 14th August. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films, this 2025 Hindi-language blockbuster is the sixth instalment in the YRF Spy Universe and the sequel to the 2019 hit “War.”
Based on a script by Shridhar Raghavan and Abbas Tyrewala, from an original story by Chopra, “War 2” stars Hrithik Roshan, N. T. Rama Rao Jr., and Kiara Advani in the lead roles, alongside Ashutosh Rana and Anil Kapoor.
Filming began in October 2023, with major shooting in Mumbai and additional schedules in Spain, Italy, and Abu Dhabi. The soundtrack was composed by Pritam, while Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara provided the film score.
Released worldwide on 14 August 2025, coinciding with the Indian Independence Day weekend, “War 2” is promising an adrenaline-filled experience for audiences.
