Russian theatrical distributor SB FILM has partnered with China’s Beijing Filmtag to secure the distribution rights for three major Chinese films, all starring the iconic Andy Lau.
The first film, “I Did it My Way” (premiering in Russian cinemas on 31st October), is a high-stakes crime thriller with impressive production quality. The second film in the lineup, “High Forces”, an action-packed blockbuster, will hit Russian theaters on November 14, following its successful release in China. The final release, “The Trading Floor”, a gripping financial thriller, will soon make its way to Russian audiences.
This partnership highlights Russia’s increasing interest in Chinese cinema.
