Starting August 1, Romantic TV Channel, a part of Tricolor — Russia’s largest direct-to-home provider with a lineup of two hundred TV channels—began airing the Turkish drama-action series “Beloved” (Vuslat), starring Kadir Doğulu, Devrim Özkan, Mehmet Özgür, Ümit Kantarcılar, Pelin Uluksar, and Gamze Süner Atay.

The series tells the story of true love that reunites old enemies and reopens old wounds. Aziz (Kadir Doğulu) is the son of a wealthy businessman, while Feride (Devrim Özkan) is a young and beautiful woman who lost her mother at a young age and gave up her dreams. When Aziz and Feride first meet, it’s love at first sight for Aziz, but Feride harbors intense hatred towards him. To ignite the flames of this love, Aziz sets traps to get Feride fired from her job and have her work for him. However, Feride’s hatred eventually transforms into love with equal intensity.

The Turkish series “Beloved” consists of two seasons, comprising 44 episodes, each with a runtime of 2 hours and 10 minutes.

The choice to broadcast “Beloved” likely aligns with Tricolor’s strategy to attract a broad audience, offer high-quality and engaging content, and stay in line with current audience trends.
