The feature film “Bekzat” tells the story of Bekzat’s (the main character) fate and the challenging path he faces towards his triumphant victory in Sydney Olympic Games. Growing up in an ordinary family, Bekzat has high expectations and sets high goals. Notwithstanding different obstacles fate brings along his Olympic journey, Bekzat manages to achieve his desired victory. Starting his career in the sports industry at the age of 15, he becomes the first Kazakhstani boxer to win the title of an Olympic Champion in 2000 at the age of 20.
