China (Hangzhou) International Children’s Cartoon Contest


In its 16th year, China (Hangzhou) International Children’s Cartoon Contest (ICCC) is one of CICAF’s most attended and international youth and children’s brand activities, and is also a large platform for domestic and foreign teenagers who love cartoon and animation art to compare notes and share ideas.

This annual contest is targeted at teenagers below 18 years, and invites famous cartoonists from home and abroad as judges. So far, it has received a total of more than 300,000 entries, printed and given away over 40,000 copies of collected winning works, and attracted participants from more than 40 countries and regions across all five continents. Every contest is around themes such as national prosperity, green and environmental protection initiative, outlook on future, and humanistic care.

Since 2014, it has been curating itinerant exhibitions of excellent works in China, Malaysia, Germany, Japan, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Russia and other countries and regions, with the total number of exhibitions of all kinds exceeding 80.
